Good service, good food. They seated our party of 15 very quickly and staff were very attentive. The food was fresh and delicious.
The server did a very good job talking care of us. The biscuits were hard and cold. I ordered chicken strips and they had very little taste, and steak fries were cold too. My wife went to the bathroom and it was dirty. No paper in two of the three stalls.
Our server was excellent! We informed the manager of her service. We did not care for the new way they are cooking the bacon, without complaining she still brought us a plate of bacon prepared the "old" way! Kept our cups full.....very attentive!
My sister and I decided we would treat ourselves to lunch at Cracker Barrel. When we got there, we were seated in the back of the restaurant, but we really wanted to sit closer to the fireplace because it was cold outside, and we wanted to enjoy the fire. We asked the waitress if we could be moved to the other room by the fire. She was very nice about it, moved us closer to the fireplace, and took excellent care of us while we were there. My husband and I were there last night 2/21 on a very busy Friday night. We expected a wait on every level of service because well, it's Friday night at 6pm. Our waitress Beverly was amazing. She was so kind and so apologetic in regards to the wait. She still always made sure our drinks were filled, and that our food tasted great when we did receive our food etc. Surrounding tables did nothing but complain and whine to her about how long their food was taking and she composed herself so well.
