My Family and I love to stop at Cracker Barrel. And we’ve traveled all across the country always making sure to stop for either lunch or dinner. My husband and I went to this location a little more then an hour before they closed. I should have just turned around when the server was at the hostess stand telling her to not seat her. My husbands food came out hot, mine came out cold. I had to flag our server Hailee down to ask her to reheat it. She put it in a microwave for 30 seconds and brought it right back out. I really did want to give this place a positive review. My first impression was that it was extremely cute. The decorations, store, etc had a cozy feel. I really didn’t have to wait long at all for a table even though it was pretty busy. It sadly went downhill from there. We were sat at a table that had some sort of sticky substance underneath it and made my shoes stick to the floor. I was pretty disappointed because I am a big Cracker Barrel fan. The server was nice but the food was slow in coming out. When it did come out, it was not hot at all. My wife had ordered eggs over medium and they came out extremely runny and cool. Mine also was not hot.
crowded restaurant on Sunday afternoon, party of 8, seated within 15 minutes, drinks in 5 minutes, food within 15 minutes. Service was prompt and courteous. Orders were kept straight and billing was correct. Pot Roast was delicious.
