Hamburger steak- without a drop of gravy.- was too dry to even eat. The sausage patty was still raw in the middle. Very disappointing
Terrible portions for the meal! Waste of my money. When you eat in house it is so much better.
Ordering the "family" size portions is a rip off. Paid $22.00 for the hash brown casserole and barely received enough for two people let alone a family. Come on Cracker Barrel.
The food was tasteless No Flavor at all! How do you cook pinto beans with pork and have no flavor?! WORST MEAL EVER!! meatloaf, hashbrown casserole, and pinto beans....ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR! Disgusting offering of a meal... really shoukdve been -5 Stars...feel like I was robbed. DO NOT ORDER FAMILY MEALS....RIP OFF!!!
Gave my driver the wrong order, then got snapping when he tries asking if it was the right one. My caramel coffee was sloppy made, forgot one container of gravy, and all around a bad experience.
Meat came burnt. Ham was so over cooked it was crispier than the bacon. Only received one bacon. Sausage patty was stiff. Eggs, Pancakes and biscuits were the only things that were cooked well.
the pancakes were a bit tough.
With my meal, I order two sides of fried okra and they always give the least amount of okra.
Order was not entirely correct but I kept it anyway because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of getting it fixed. Something is always wrong from Cracker Barrel when I order.
