Food is great, however, very disappointing to see absolutely NO security seals on anything. Not even the bag.

I love Cracker Barrel, but the last couple of orders have been missing items. I've ordered chicken with sauces on the side, food was great but the sauces were not included. Tonight I ordered CFC specifically for the saw mill gravy, it was not included. I included a photo of the receipt to show the order and the contents of the bag when I opened it. This will not stop my business but this is the second time this has happened.
Cracker Barrel is so inconsistent!! Ask for grape jelly...they sent strawberry & blackberry! You ask for biscuits that are NOT burnt...you get them BURNT! You don't ask for ketchup...you get 6 packs of ketchup. I love Cracker Barrel biscuits, but we either get NONE, BURNT ONES, or the incorrect number(always less)! I quit using McDonalds for this same reason! Cracker Barrel is next!!!!!!!!
The chicken tasted old, I think it had been sitting around and they warmed it up, I ordered pinto beans, mash potatoes and cornbread. They gave me hash brown casserole and loaded bake potatoes. The entire meal sucked😬
It was good but they forgot my sawmill gravy for chicken. That means I had to eat it dry. I was in a hotel so no condiments to substitute.
took forever any eggs were undercooked
Pancakes were too doughy but the bacon and eggs were good
The pancakes we really light and not done on one side, the eggs were to soft
