Watched the driver on the app pick-up my food and drive a half mile. Food was cold, biscuits were hard as a rock and the restaurant didn't even include the apple butter I had to pay extra for! Very disappointed
Normally the biscuits come with 4 but today they only came with 2 and they were so hard i couldnt bite into them
The Hamburger Steak** was just a frozen beef patty with no seasoning absolutely terrible
the potato casserole was not fresh
I won't even start. I love cracker barrel however this one in Columbus is always a hit or miss. but last nite it was horrible. I spent 70 plus dollars for 3 people's food it was old porkchops for a 18.00 meal they should of been thicker not breakfast porkchops and the Homestyle Chicken was old as well the Southern Fried Chicken suppose to.get 4pieces we only got.3 and it was old as well, no seasoning with sides and the only thing that was good was the biscuits and corn muffin. 3rd time in a row that items were missing from our order.
Grilled Chicken Tenders were good, but weirdly small and cut up. They did not give me ranch for my Country Fried Pickles , they forgot plasticware and salt, and they didn't package my two Bottled Root Beers with it, so they were given to another customer.
i asked for soft bacon with the Momma's Pancake Breakfast® . The Bacon was hard and burnt. I asked for additional syrup and butter and got neither. And there was eggshell in my egg.
Got the French Momma's French Toast Breakfast® and the Momma's Pancake Breakfast®, both with bacon and scrambled eggs. Bacon was way undercooked as well as the eggs.....never ate 'runny' SCRAMBLED eggs before. Also ordered sugar-free syrup and received the regular. Pancakes and French toast were fine.
