Hashbrown Casserole Shepherd's Pie was ice cold, has clearly been sitting for a long time because the other meal was hot. There were no mashed potatoes and that is the main part of shepherds pie and there were supposed to be vegetables, I got 1 carrot and a few onions. Then it was served with almost burnt hashbrowns on top
I ordered the breakfast with biscuits and gravy. the biscuits were awful! Have they changed their biscuit recipe? they taste like sour dough nuked. I couldn't eat them.
Everytime we get this, the food taste different and is packaged different. The dumplings and mac and cheese was blended together in this packaging, gross. The biscuits are usually great, they were super flat and dense. When it's good, it's good. But 75% of the time it's disappointing. Will not be ordering delivery again.
Did not have utensils. Biscuits were not fresh.
I'm really upset that I didn't receive my 2 eggs, my ham, and my syrup with my Uncle Herschel's Favorite . I received two sides but the pancakes were burnt and the biscuits were soggy because the soup my husband had wasn't bagged properly. I'm mad my dinner was burnt pancakes without syrup and soggy biscuits.
my New York Strip Steak was horrible.i asked for rice and didn't get it. the broccoli wasn't even cooked. will not orderagain.
I ordered the trout dinner. A nice size portion. The fish wasn't fresh, and the skin was on the fish. It wasn't cooked properly. It wasn't crispy. The rice was seasoned nicely, and the broccoli was good. I also ordered the cinnamon buns. They were very tough,dense, and the cream cheese frosting just tasted like melted sugar. I don't think I'd order either of these again.
What happened to this store? It used to be so good and look at it. They expect a kid to bite down on these fried grizzle.
The bacon was amazing but unfortunately the pancakes were terrible! Very thin and gooey and looked like they were stepped on before being put in the box. Not at all how they are when you go into the restaurant.
