seems that they changed the way they did the The pot roast. it was chunks of fry beef in gravy with some veggies and it was so salty! hashbrown casserole was flavorless. quality of food really tanke
I didn't receive the drinks that I ordered with my original order today, so I had to reorder the drinks. I specifically ordered DIET Cokes, but I got regular coke?! It took an inordinate amount of time for the restaurant to prepare the order, which made the dasher have to wait and waste a lot of time, all to just get paid $1.00 !
The food is always delicious, but the packaging left much to be desired. None of the containers were water tight or properly sealed. Tin foil containers aren't microwaveable, so reheating requires transferring to separate containers. The corn, carrots, and green beans all contained a lot of liquid. The liquid spilled out all over the inside of the bag in transit, leaving every container covered in an oily mess. This made putting the leftovers away a major headache. Not sure what's going on but your new recipes are TERRIBLE! The cafish was most definitely NOT catfish. It didn't taste or SMELL like catfish. The burger was flat and the noodles in the Chicken Noodle Soup Bowl were not noodles. I'm honestly not sure hat they were. I've been going here for so many years & and this is the first time I have been disappointed.
The fried chicken breast was delicious. The portions are always generous, especially the chicken and dumplings. The cheeseburgers are filling but always served completely plain. Meat and cheese, on a bun. No condiments at all. I only got 1 syrup for 2 pancakes, I didn't get any mayonnaise, when I ordered and paid for two packages. I only got 1 ketchup packet when I ordered and paid for 2. I ordered biscuits and gravy, but got cornbread instead?!
smallest portion of steak ever. this DEFINITELY wasn't worth $20
The Two Buttermilk Pancakes were hard so I did not eat them. I called to speak to the manager and I was told since I ordered from Door Dash I have to contact them about the issue. I asked could they just remake my order and the manager told me no.

Whole thing of shrimp, but no cocktail sauce. Or honey mustard. Everytime we order it's always something missing or incorrect. And mashed potato's on one side wasn't supposed to have gravy and still on there. Probably wouldn't order again.
