I had the trout grilled well done and it was very good. We also ordered the chicken and dumplings, they were okay not much chicken and the dumplings were about like canned biscuits. Had to wait a while to be seated as no one was working the check in desk, but our waiter was very attentive.

I really like Cracker Barrel in Tennessee, Kentucky & Florida. The food is fresh, you know what you're getting. Excellent tea....good coffee! The only thing we got that we didn't care for were the mashed potatoes. The rest was very good, you have a lot to choose from and it is very filling.

I had chicken fried steak, and it was one of them patties that's just mashed all together ! I honestly thought C.B. used teal steak instead of that lower quality product! I was severely disappointed! I now have a different opinion on their food quality ! The waitress was superb! The store was very clean from what I could see and we'll organized!

Poor service and food for carry out service, consistently. Last 3 times I have ordered to-go, I've had problems with my orders. There's 2 of us; these aren't large orders. There's usually too many of them working. Should not be hard to check bags and food before sending it off. Burnt pancakes once, missing sides, missing condiments (butter for pancakes, syrup for pancakes.. obvious must haves). No communication among workers. One worker knew I was here. Usually really good food. The fried chicken and okra and were great. I tried the wife's biscuits and gravy. The gravy was unusually bland. The prices are still creeping up but all and all was very good.
