The portion sizes aren’t what they should be considering the restaurant nearly doubles the prices on here. I understand price mark up is common with DoorDash but over $5 for the 2 sausage links? That’s absurd considering you can buy a whole pack at the store for that. You get a giant To-Go container that’s barely 1/3 full. Over $50 for 2 people compared to $35(with a generous tip) going to the actual restaurant. Looked like food had been sitting out, it tasted pretty terrible and I love cracker barrel. Biscuits n gravy were great tho
Portion too small. Loaded Hashbrown Casserole
Sweet potato was not cooked all the way, it was hard inside. Pinto beans were old and tasted spoiled/soured. Okra was not cooked long enough, inside was hard. Carrots were ok, but pretty bland.
The fish meat was brownish in color and had a bad taste. Everything that was fried like the shrimp and fries had a bad after taste like the oil hadn't been changed in sometime. Absolutely awful!
Poor portion like $7 a Peach Cobbler 2 bites is the size they give you just better going and eating cause they over charge for dash and barley give you 1/2 of what you would get if you sat down at the store
the egg was undercooked completely on the inside and it did not come with a bacon egg biscuit as well. which is what the menu describes it will be.
I ordered the 2 biscuit with country ham and side of hashbrown tots. The biscuits were cold and so hard that you could hear an audible crunch when you bit them. Country ham was gray in color and tasted old. I also had 2 pancakes. They were cold and did not come with butter. Edges of pancakes had burnt taste. Not good meal from CB this time!! Sad especially since it was expensive!! Hashbrown tots were smashed in a small bowl and by thetime they got here they were steamed and no longer crispy.
My loaded hash brown casserole had 100% uncooked bacon on it. And they didn't put a tomato on my Egg Sandwich.
