My wife said the Sunday Homestyle Chicken® and Hashnrown Casserole were delicious, but she ordered dumplins too, and didn't receive them or any other second side. She called the restaurant and spoke to the manager, who said they were currently out of dumplins and had no way to contact DoorDash to tell them to call me. My Skillet Sirloin Steak I ordered it to be cooked medium and it was cooked so well done that it was burnt and I had to give it to my dog. I couldn't even chew it!
nothing was even warm let alone hot. biscuits and cornbread were stale. nothing was seasoned at all.
We were so disappointed! Cracker Barrell is always our go to anyplace we visit because no matter where we go, the food is always delicious. We live here, and this Cracker Barrell has always been delicious! Tonight, the only part of my dinner that was edible was the salad and the biscuit! The chicken and dumplings had way too much pepper and no salt and weren't good otherwise either. The hashbrown casserole was inedible, too.
