mashed potatoes were crunchy and the chicken in the dumplings was so dry it was like eating plywood

Ask for medium well steak was extra bloody
Baked sweet potato had been cooked with 6 inch sprout coming out of it ,burnt and no taste . Was old? Biscuits were flat.
