I did not get the sawmill gravy on country fried steak or on my mashed potatoes. No biscuits or cornbread and no side salad that I ordered. I did call the store and held the line for 4 minutes for manager. Just hung up.
Cracklebarrel is normally good but this location is not! They are lazy in the kitchen when it comes to making your food!!!
These people always leave stuff out, the food was not as much as you get in the restaurant. Didn't get the gravy for the chicken fried steak or the biscuits and gravy
New York Strip Steak was well done and not medium!! Was so dry I couldn't eat!! The Broccoli and Carrots was good but not $18 good!! Cost for everything was $23 and all I got was a $5 credit!!

my Chicken n' Dumplins was extremely watery
Hashbrown Casserole was not fully cooked. Potato was super crunchy and runny. Didn't taste like normal at all. Super disappointing since it is my favorite thing there.
I ordered the stuffed pancakes. The scrambled eggs were tough and overcooked. The pancakes and bacon were good. I didn't like that they make no attempt to staple the bag shut or tape the bag and cup closed. I hate receiving food that could be tampered with.
Terrible waste of money !
