The sawmill gravy had a strange taste, not lke the ordinary gravy.
Dumplins arrived opened and half spilled on the order. What was left to eat, was like eating pasty, gummy flour, no flavoring except for copious amounts of black pepper. The Hashbrown Casserole Shepherd's Pie had only one piece of roast. This food is most certainly not equal to its price. The quality, and value does not live up to the older standards this restaurant was founded on, more's the pity. Last chance customers...failed.
I got a chunk of chicken with some dumplings and the fried okra was soggy. The chicken n dumplings soup had more chicken but tasted odd

They never put gravy on my Chicken Fried Chicken. Every time I order it through Doordash, they never put it on there. Why is it so hard to do so?
Overcook the Hamburger Steak** and not enough grav and onions.
Pot Roast 7 piece of meat for that price is diabolical never again I got more onion then food
They took about 30 minutes longer thenthe estimated time to prepare the food. The dasher kept texting me that they were waiting for the food. When the order arrived the sides were with the wrong meals which is an issue due to food allergies. The dumplings were mostly gravy and very little dumplings in the container. If I had been a the restaurant I would have sent all of it back. Very disappointed in the service and lack of care this location took in preparing our meal.
I ordered a Country Fried Steak plate with mashed potatoes and brown gravy and corn when delivered it was two cups white gravy and the corn juice was all in my mashed potatoes and country fried steak slots. I didn't receive any utensils or napkins either or salt and pepper packets. Do better....
