If you want the sawmill gravy with the chicken fried steak don't order it from this store to be delivered. This is the third time I have tried to get it from delivery and they refuse to include gravy on the delivery orders.
that's not hash brown casserole. Send enough gravy for the Country fried steak not enough for biscuits and gravy side
Cake was bur and dry meatloaf was mediocre
Left off gal tea when called them put me on hold for Mgr never came to phone. My chic fried chic was so overcooked was tough as shoe leather unable to eat .
The French toast were burnt and cold... notedible at all
I'm a big Cracker Barrel fan, the driver and service was great. The food was terrible, the fries were cold and the chicken tenders were old. In person I have always been satisfied but not delivery.
The chicken was so hard and crunchy that I had a hard time biting into it and chewing it. Not good at all. The mashed potatoes were bland and had no taste. Thr green beans were very good. Biscuit was good as well. Overall, not worth the money I just spent!
The food wasn't tasty at all. The chicken fried chicken looked and tasted old like it had been sitting there all day! I had to throw the whole platter away. There was no syrup given for the pancakes, and I didn't have any at home.
Like the food but too often they get the order wrong. Incorrect and/or missing items has occurred often.
