the fries were skimpy. you get more at the restaurant
When you pay $40 for Grandpa's Country Fried Breakfast x2, you deserve fresh biscuits. We received old biscuits that were hard and stale. I am certain they were from two days ago. I feel they give the old food to take out customers because they know we won't know until we are home. But, we also do not ever have to order from you again. The Ridge Road location has consistently awful food.
The Chicken Fried Chicken was too heav breaded.
Turnip greens were salty. Southern Fried Chicken was dry. Pretty disaoinying for the price.
biscuits were hard too hard
The Signature Fried Apple French Toast Bake was awful. Just so you know. French Toast is supposed to be dipped in egg and put on the griddle or in a fry pan, something. It is NOT supposed to be a chunk of bread with apples on top of it. Apples were ice cold too. My husband's chicken fried steak was hot and we live close, so the apples, if they would have been remotely warm would not have been ice cold by the time he got home which was 5 minutes. I wish I would have went with KFC. The chicken was mediocre. The broccoli casserole had very little broccoli. The potatoes were OK. I expected more from CB
Very disappointed, hashbrown casserole came burnt, the cheese and the hashbrown topping.
Very sad! Cold meatloaf, tasteless potatoes and gravy, corn muffins dry as the Sahara! For 25$ for lunch it was terrible! Will not order again!
