Potatoes were hard and undercooked. Corn on the cob was WAY overcooked - turned to literal mushy paste. The carrots were cooked but still hard in the middles. The biscuits were hard and definitely not fresh. And the "chicken" was actually a slightly large Cornish hen, definitely NOT a chicken. It was also way overcooked - literally falling apart. Missing items from the last few times I ordered from them (both delivery and pickup). No point of delivery and paying tip if I have to go back myself to pick up meals. Last time I picked up an order I asked if it was all there they said "yes"... nope, had to drive back due to half the meals missing.
They didn't put the gravy on my chicken Country Fried Steak and what was on the mashed potatoes was pathetic. The chicken fried steak is dry without the gravy had to just throw it away
The okra was very hard & over cooked as were the fries.
It was drowned in water. Very small portions.  Recommend against this. 
Slow-Braised Pot Roast had zero vegetables.
Both Chicken Fried Chicken and The Best Classic Meatloaf were both undercooked and the quality was horrible.
Food was not good at all. Biscuits were like rocks and ham was too salty. Cracker Barrel use to be good I'm not sure if they changed recipes lately or what. Will not order from again.
Every single item I ordered was wrong or missing ingredients. What is a biscuit sandwich without a biscuit? Pancakes without syrup? No side on a meal that comes with one and allows you to pick? I spent too much money for so many mistakes on one order.
