This Cracker Barrel is odd. I can't say they're really customer oriented however, if they send you food, it's usually good but you never get everything you order. For example we ordered the beef stew and the suggestion on the menu is to order mashed potatoes with it. But we didn't get the mashed potatoes. We got everything else but we didn't get the mashed potatoes. The hamburger was ordered medium but was cooked well done, and of course, there was no mayonnaise. My broccoli cheddar casserole came as cooked broccoli and cheese on the side , my onion didn't come with ANY sauce , and the portions were very small
Order from Crackewr Barrel at you own risk!!!!!! I spent $95 and it was a waste because they gave me the bare basics. A hamburger that was over cooked, but no mayo, just a very few fries, but no ketsup. Soup beans, but no onions and no chow chow relish. Greens but no viniger, meatloaf but no ketsup. The extras were not included with the meal. No utinsils. If a person is not dining in, the extras make the meal!
Chicken was so tough you couldn't eat it.
ordered **MONDAY ONLY** Shrimp & Grits Skillet which was described as "shrimp and andouille sausage sautéed with onions, celery and red peppers all simmered in a zesty creole sauce", but what I received was unseasoned shrimp with no sausage or sauce on top of grits.
Turkey and stuffing were ice cold. The sweet potato casserole had 0 seasoning or toppings. literally a sweet potato mashed halfway. No brown sugar nor pecans on the dish
There was so much salt in the chicken and dumplings they werenot edible. the top of the meat loaf where the sauce is supposed to be was burnt and literally peeled off like a chip. The greens tasted like they didn't haveany seasoning at all.
Always forget items. Every single time we have ordered from here. Whether it's a side, a drink or even the damn condiments.
