The food was horrible! Dry and old. The Biscuits and Corn Muffins biscuits were hockey pucks. They did not send out dipping sauces and sent no butter or jams for the biscuit and corn bread. Complete waste of money!!!
Poor quality. The bacon was under cooked, the hashbrown casserole was cold and gelatinous. The only good thing were the eggs.
it would be nice if they had the stuff in stock that they have on their menu. I ordered the chicken tenders to have the maple chipotle sauce, and get told that they have not had that any very long time, when I had it last week. take it off your menu then if you're not going to offer it.
The rice was horrible! Not soft and fluffy, more like cooked too long and rubbery. The rest was fresh and tasted good.
I ordered a 32 oz. Drink but received a small drink cup for $ 3.90!!!! This is not the first time.!!!!
Every single time we order from Cracker Barrel something is missing or wrong. They don't check the orders before giving them to the dashers. Also if you order drinks they don't cover the lid to let you know it wasn't tampered with. We love to eat here but there is ALWAYS a problem with our order.
Ordered a large tea, received a small for same price. They could have sent two smalls or adjusted price.

got the order in a great amount of time and the food was good but the order was incomplete. I was missing a side. the bag was sealed so I don't blame the dasher.
