The food was great, as always but they forgot one of my sides.
Steak was tough, overcooked.
Biscuits were undercooked, eggs were barely even scrambled to the point it was pretty much an omelette. I won't be ordering from this Cracker Barrel for a while. Everything just felt rushed like I was ordering fast food.
I ordered the home style chicken sandwich for delivery - to a hotel. I don't have wheels this trip. it was supposed to come with mayo and pickles - it came dry. So not noly was the order delayed by the store but it was slapped together with missing pieces. Not the quality I expect from Cracker Barrel. Won't go back.
Pancakes were burnt my kid would not touch it!
Everything was good except thee biscuits were not done on the inside
no shrimp arrived with the order and the lima beans were so dry they could not be eaten. the lima beans were like paste
Love the restaurant, food is amazing. But they always miss something from my order, making things inconsistent. I hadn't purchased from them since 2021 due to this reason but I bought again recently, I forgot and figured maybe it would be better, and the same thing happened. Portion size was good for food, not for drinks. Taste was alright, I would order again.. in the restaurant.
TNew York Strip Steak was tough and bloody, the potato was hard in the middle and the corn bread was like a brick
