Over half the order was missing - country ham, fried apples, skillet cinnamon rolls, and biscuits. Chicken n Dumplins were mostly soup... only a few dumplings and pieces of chicken with small sides. I definitely will not order again.
Missing over half of my order ( biscuit, fresh fruit and half and half). Called Cracker Barrel hung up on me after being on hold for over 10 minutes. Called back and was told they wouldn't do anything about it.
The food was hot and tasty but no matter what I do I cannot get them to put the advertised tartar sauce in the bag. This is the 3rd time.
Did not receive friendly service. Did not update the app to let me know the food was finished. The food set for a while because it never showed the order was complete. The bacon and eggs were not cooked all the way. Do not recommend and I will not return.
Bacon was undercooked, biscuits were black, no syrup in the bag for French toast and pancakes
They forgot the bacon for the second time, I got 2 out of the 4 Buttermilk Biscuits (4), and they completely forgot the additional Hashbrown Casserole. I was so disappointed as I really love their egg sandwiches. This receipt didn't have the usual quality check which was weird.
The steak was ok, it did have a lot of fat which cut down on the real meat taste.
For the place to be Cracker Barrel.My food should not arrive cold. Definitely a sit down dinner. Meatloaf was dry, Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake was old. I was not impressed.
Not packaged correctly! Top of container was left open.
