Today I went to Cracker Barrel for lunch and I must say today was EXCELLENCE, the food was 10 stars and the server had to be server of the year… Her name was CRYSTAL and she should be applauded for the way she treated us today…. She was a natural that loves what she do …. Today Cracker Barrel is out restaurant of the Month for this awesome experience today…. We don’t eat to live we live to EAT… Thanks Crystal…
Excellent customer service from the hostess to the waitress. Pan cakes not As good tasting but they hit the spot. Sunny side up eggs just right. Bacon great tasting, sauage patty great taste , ham was cold eventho it was served with other hot off the gril/ stove itimes. Ordered pecan pan cakes for later. The attention to customer service is Excellent. Eileen is a 5 star customer service waitress. Thank you. Great job management !!!!
Went to dinner on a Monday night around 630 with my daughter. Was greeted and sat but was never given a child's menu for my 10 year old, which was fine. Server greeted us promptly and got our drinks and came back and we placed our order. Was a little disappointed when I wanted to start with a salad and they only offered 3 dressings which were ranch, blue cheese and balsamic so didn't get a salad. Cracker Barrel is always a fun stop, starting with the little shop in the front that sells such a wide variety of random, awesome items. You can easily find something for everyone! We were seated right away, which was a nice plus. I ordered the Thursday special, but it was a bit disappointing—like if your school cafeteria tried to serve Thanksgiving dinner.
