I never have a problem with my order in store but the last 3 times I have had it delivered, it was terribly prepped and the order was never right. The Loaded Hashbrown Casserole Tots were just burnt tots. Not loaded. The hashbrown casserole sides were just hashbrowns, and burnt. Not made like usual. And the steak was too tough to bite thru and not seasoned like usual. And I never seem to get the gravy with the biscuits and gravy.. I love this store when I'm there, but their delivery expectations are not there.
Usually everything is great but the potatoes were rock hard, paid the extra for Broccoli casserole and got 5 pieces of brocolli with a few pieces of shredded cheese thrown on top. Meatloaf was slightly underdone and was more ketchup than meat
bacon on the burger is rubber. all the food is cold and the casserole is actually 8 tots for almost 10 dollars
Food was really late. Not the dashers fault. It was the restaurant. I figured it was because it's a Friday and they were busy. Well, when the food arrived I noticed the mashed potatoes looked dry as heck...I stuck my fork in them and picked them up with it , as they were solid! Then they broke apart and plopped down on to the plate. They mustve been at least a day old and were just sitting in a tray all gross. Chicken was def dry too. I couldn't eat any of it. The dasher was great. But, man Cracker Barrel...what was that? :/
The food was awful! Cold and looked like it had been sitting out for an hoir before I got it. Totally gross, hash browns were soggy and the sausage was hard!
No complaints on the quality of the food, but each time we order something critical is always missing, even though there is a checkmark on the receipt attached to the bag from whomever checked the order readiness before pickup.
I normally enjoy Cracker Barrel. However, ordering online and having it delivered is definitely not as good as the restaurant itself. The side orders are smaller portions as they place them to fit in the container. I ordered the country fried steak and biscuits and gravy. The gravy unfortunately is bland and when delivered becomes coagulated. The thick cut bacon was decent. The biscuits are barely cooked. Theyre not browned even a little bit. I always have trouble with this location. Bacon is missing too.
didn't include syrup with my pancakes despite me specifically selecting it. Plus the pancakes were very small
