French toast is 2 ridiculously tiny thin pieces. Looks nothing like the 8 pieces pictured on the menu. Also sadly missing a whole order.
This is how our double chocolate cake arrived to us, Super small piece and in crumbles.
My "large" Orange Juice (Large) was actually a small and my Homestyle Chicken n' French Toast taste like water
Food was ice cold, despite ordering express and living five minutes away. Pancakes were burnt. :(
Less than a week ago I ordered cole slaw as a side. I didn't receive it in my delivered order. Tonight I ordered it again as a side and again didn't receive it in my delivered order. I also ordered peach cobbler. I received peaches in a heavy sauce-no crust to seem like a cobbler whatsoever. Very disappointed. Not sure that I will be ordering from here again.
This food was disgusting. The mash potatoes was so lumpy and dry and absolutely no taste. The cornbread tasted old. The fish had no taste and the greens just plain nasty. The Mac and cheese was watery over all not pleased at all
The food was absolutely horrible with watery grits, hard scrambled eggs and BURNT SAUSAGE, HAM AND BACON! And to add to this they didn't send any of the Silverware N' Condiments as requested! So Cracker Barrel how are people supposed to eat your food without silverware and why send dry biscuits with no butter or jam as requested? DO BETTER!
Restaurant was out of grits so i got a call asking what i wanted instead and then didn't even get that. All my food was cold and my large orange juice for almost 5 dollars came in a kiddie cup. If you want hot fresh food or at least your moneys worth go sit at the restaurant don't order it to go.
The grits are the only reason this isn't a 5 star review. The pancakes might be the best in town, but the grits were soup. It's such a shame that a southern-food-centric restaurant can't make grits properly.
