Disappointed. Gravy too thick, impossible to "spread" over biscuits. Needs seasoning for taste. Everything else ok but overall food was far cry from southern honestyle taste.
Dissapointed. I love Cracker Barrel but I ordered extra apple butter that was an extra 8 dollars. And extra biscuits for it. Although it's on the order it never received. I placed a new order just for the apple butter. Had to call down there to make sure there was someone competent enough to figure it out. Mac and cheese was stupid dry compared to normal. All over not a great experience.
Did not recieve my latte. This is the second time in a row this has happened. I even made a note asking to not forget the latte.
Order was all wrong and Gravy lowykey tastes like oil
Ordered a build your own breakfast. Got over-easy eggs that we're cooked over-hard...almost no liquid yolk at all. I also ordered toast and got biscuits and gravy instead. The sausage tasted off. I spent 20 dollars and basically at 1 egg's worth of yolk and hashbrowns... will definitely never order breakfast from here ever again.
The hashbrown casserole was terribly undercooked and tasted awful. There were barely enough chicken tenders for two people. The dumplings were more like clumplings. No flavor just sticky pieces. So sad.
They forgot part of my meal & the sausage looked as if someone had taken a bite out of it. The pancakes were also very dry.
Southern Fried Chicken was not what was advertised. I should have received 4 pieces of bone in fried chicken but instead I received 3 pieces of the flat cut up boneless chicken breast. There was no honey either. The sides and veggies were perfect but unfortunately the top of the biscuits were burnt. Very disappointed! When I tried to call the store 3 separate times and give them a chance to correct it, no one answered the phone. I love Cracker Barrel but I know they can do better.
Chicken n' Dumplins were so awful. Looks like they ran out and just threw something together and microwaved it.
