My elderly family member had some trouble with her entree, but the server took extra steps to make it right. The manager kindly replaced the meal and refunded the item in question. The customer service made up for the problems- proving once again that people make the difference.
We were seated with minimal wait. Our server name was Clay, he was amazing, very attentive and very kind. Our food was served quickly and hot. I tried the tenders meal which was something different for me and it did not disappoint. While checking out I was asked were I a member and the cashier kindly notified me I had points that would expire soon so I was able to use point on my bill. Very thoughtful. Thanks Cracker Barrel for a Great Experience today.
We love our Cracker Barrel...eat in or take out. Great service, delicious food with a good variety. I always choose their healthy options. Sometimes I splurge with one of their delicious biscuits! Plus there's always lots of interesting items to look at in the store.

Cracker Barrel isn't just for old folks (though they love it plenty). The menu is huge and they serve breakfast all day, but the chicken fried chicken and meatloaf are standouts. Save room for a peach or apple cobbler! The gift shop has some real treasures, fun toys, seasonal decorations, and loads of old timey candy & pop. Employees are super friendly and won't hesitate to engage you in polite conversation -- it's that signature southern charm! I definitely recommend this Cracker Barrel.
