My elderly family member had some trouble with her entree, but the server took extra steps to make it right. The manager kindly replaced the meal and refunded the item in question. The customer service made up for the problems- proving once again that people make the difference.
Cracker Barrel isn't just for old folks (though they love it plenty). The menu is huge and they serve breakfast all day, but the chicken fried chicken and meatloaf are standouts. Save room for a peach or apple cobbler! The gift shop has some real treasures, fun toys, seasonal decorations, and loads of old timey candy & pop. Employees are super friendly and won't hesitate to engage you in polite conversation -- it's that signature southern charm! I definitely recommend this Cracker Barrel.

Steak was so tough with cartridge I couldn’t finish it. Sides were good besides the greens. They tasted like plastic. Ate here hundreds of times including last night and it left a lot to be desired. D
The staff at this location is super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I was there with a friend for lunch when another one of our friends called us and decided to join us. I made our waitress aware of the situation and told her that if she wanted, we could go to another table since we were already done with lunch.
