The quality of service has gone down. My order is wrong most of the time. I like the food and their Buttermilk Biscuits (4) are excellent. I would like to see tighter quality controls.
Country Cherry Lemonade (Half Gallon) and Biscuit Beignets were delicious! That's where it ended. Grandpa's Country Fried Breakfast is where the disappointment begins, not only was everything cold, the actual country fried steak tasted like they ran out of steaks and just used a hamburger patty. portions are way too small i ordered bacon with my build your own and they gave me 2 small shriveled pieces and my over meduim eggs came over cooked
Cracker Barrel continues to take advantage of take out customers by reducing portions and increasing costs. It is very disappointing.
Eggs were hard and I don't know how you can screw up eggs. Cracker Barrel is slipping.
if I could give zero stars I would. order was completely wrong, chicken is like cardboard, the corn bread was old AND burned, the mashed potatoes are dry. we didn't get all the Items we paid for. Whoever is in the kitchen should be embarrassed that thry couldn't even get microwaving food right.
minus fact I waited an hour after my scheduled pick up time which is completely unacceptable there was barely any meat on their chicken. waiting an hour though for that is a I'll never be back. it should be zero stars.
Food was cold Ham was dry. 1little teas. of hollandaise sauce. No syrup for pancakes. Hash brown casserole raw potatoes.
Food was not good. Cornbread is so greasy and unedible. Country fried chicken was over cooked. Vegetable soup was disgusting, potatoes in soup were raw. Zero stars is i could. Not worth thr $58.00 pricetag. Skip this place and save your money
