Looks like the hasbrown casserole was scrapes and rushed to put together
I hadBuild Your Own Homestyle Breakfast. I ordered 3 eggs over easy, crispy bacon and Hashbrown Casserole. 2 eggs were cooked medium hard and one egg was completely hard. The bacon was not even close to crispy. In fact when they packaged it they put the bacon on top of the Hashbrowns and the Hashbrowns were full of bacon grease. I have had this meal before and it has always been at least fairly good but this time it was bad and very disappointing.
The okra was completely burnt, the Mac and cheese was watery and the fish was soggy. Plus the food costs $4-$5 more per plate through DD than it does on their website.
Ordered the pot roast and it was not pot roast but round steak tips in a nasty sauce. The original pot roast was so good the gravy awesome not sure what this is but extremely disappointing...Meat so tough I can't ever chew it. Passing this off as pot roast is a travesty and an insult to your customers. Think I'm done with this company for good.
The eggs were not cooked. Missing items from the plates ordered.
the turkey was good as was th dressing and potatoes. the turnip greens had 0 juice,and whatever the white meat was in it was terrible, shredded and dry like jerky, and there was way too much of it in th greens(about half of the serving was the dry shredded, flavorless meat). the biscuit was burnt,an the cornbread was inedible.
Loaded Baked Potato was really dry and hard. Fried Apples were great as always.
The food was packaged well and delivered warm. The dinner was good, however I found the Meatloaf to be quite bland for my taste. Portions were normal except they were very generous with the gravy. I order a meal from Cracker Barrel occasionally but I most likely will not order this meal again, at least in the near future.
