Store needs to secure food, tape bags or staple bags, drivers have easy access to food and one of my lids was not secure in the bag
My husband's chicken fried steak came without the gravy, so the entire meal was dry. He ended up making his own gravy here at home (which defeats ghepurpose of ordering deliver) because the meal was just not good without it. My chicken and dumplings looked and tasted like giant pieces of pasta with very little of that super thin, watery gravy stuff, and like 2 pieces of chicken. We were splurging on a delivery order after a rough week, and we are so bummed we spent money on this.
My saus was burn and the egg we over cooked
Missing Cole Slaw and Cornbread and biscuits. Have ordered 3 times and no-more. 2 of the 3 has missing items.
The Bowl of Pinto Beans is advertised with a slice of onion and a side of chow chow. The last 3 times I've ordered, it did not include these.
I asked for scrambled eggs and they came basically over medium instead. They weren't cooked all the way through, and I am not prohibited in my diet to eat things like that. It completely ruined the mail for me.
Ordered Grandpas fried breakfast from Crackrt Barrel. They did not include the gravy or biscuits as they should have. The chicken fried steak was chewy, no flavor, and little to no crust, I'll not eat that again. The scrambled eggs were fair but I've had better. I cannot recommend this particular meal at all. Had I been in the restaurant I would have complained to the manager.
The Honey Butter Southern Fried Chicken was drowned in so much honey butter that the entire bag was covered in it. They forgot my fried okra and steak fries as well. This location has gone downhill.
The Homestyle Chicken was old, dry, and very hard. It was not eatable.
