We were there around 2:30, so not busy at all. Our first server had a table of 8 and took quite a while to ask for our drink order. When we said we were ready to order, she said she didn’t have her pad and would be right back. She never came back. Eventually Clay came to our rescue and delivered excellent service for the remainder of our visit. The food was good, but lukewarm, so not great. The hash brown casserole was dry. The hash brown shepherds pie was tasty, but barely warm. The ribs were just average.
Great atmosphere. Delicious food! But when you’re on a diet, it’s hard to find something to eat. Otherwise, I really liked it—clean and cozy.
Seated right away. Our section had 20 tables, 11 had dirty dishes on them, and stayed dirty the entire time we were there. 1 hr 35 mins. 5 tables had people. After we ordered it took over 40 mins to get our food . Ordered the maple bacon chicken, could not eat it, I gave away my food. The green beans were good
We were seated but after 15 minutes, no greeting, coffee etc. We were leaving, I wanted to let manager know, Teresa, the g.m. came right over, didn't offer excuses, promised immediate actions/ remedy, and within 3 minutes we had Correy M. Introducing himself, taking our order, smiling, personable and efficient. You know he was busy, the area we were in was packed, but there he was and we were well taken care of. Food was cold. Plate was hot but food not so much. Country fried steak tasted as if it sat under a light. Hubby’s hash brown were cold & tasted bad. Also tasting as if they sat under a light. Waitress was nice but never came back after she dropped us our food. Another server noticed my plate sitting at the edge of the table. Way too long. Appetizers was good. Won’t go back.
