I have always been a fan of Cracker Barrel and eat at them often but today’s visit was terrible. I should have taken a picture of my plate and regret that I didn’t for proof. I have included a photo of my receipt instead. We got two plates of chicken tenders and they were sad. There were about 6 tenders on each plate that were small and extra crispy and each plate had 8 French fries. The 2 cokes we got were $3.29 each! Kids confetti pancakes were burnt. That’s not ok. And the rest of the food I got was sloppy. Looked like it was just thrown into the togo boxes. This was a curbside pickup and I didn’t notice until I got all the way home which is about 30 minutes away. Took forever for someone to bring my food out, ended up calling the restaurant 👎
Staff is great! My breakfast sandwich was tasty and filling. The new coffee leaves a lot to be desired. We found it very weak. Our waitress brewed a new pot, double strength for us, but it wasn't great. Morgan, our server was wonderful!!
Best service in town. I left my order there and whenever I got home and called. The assistant manager told me to come back the next day and reorder without pay. The sweetest staff and amazing food. Highly recommend
I have to eat gluten free, not by choice. They have a separate menu that breaks down all the allergens. I know there is risk for cross contamination, but the allergen chart was amazing to have. Our waitress was super nice and very understanding! And that loaded sweet potato was pure heaven on a plate!
