waited over an hour for the order. Dasher waited 30 minutes. Food arrived COLD. Eggs were OLD. Pancakes OLD and tough.
The Grandma's Sampler French Toast Breakfast was tasteful, but the portion size was smaller than what you get when you go to the restaurant. Bacon was also missing from the order. Don’t want to pay for less of an experience from the comfort of my own home

for 8.00 I am upset that the peach cobbler wasn't more than four bites. it's should be a larger portion.... ridiculous
Honestly, im so bummed because this is my go to meal at Cracker Barrel. But when I tell you this chicken was barley cooked. I had to cook it more once it was delivered. It looked and tasted like boiled chicken. Usually in the restaurant it's flavorful and definitely fully cooked.
The roast beef was dry with no gravy. Also the drink came with no lid and the ice was completely melted and watered down the drink. Never had a problem with my orders before until today.
We order many times for Cracker Barrel, but today we ordered vegteble soup, but when DoorDash came, no soup. We were not informed, they were no soup today. Also, brocoli was almost raw. But, I know, its a busy season. Food is just so much more expensive when you order through doordash.
The main food was all cold. We live maybe 5 miles away. The country fried steak had no gravy, just a fry cold piece of meat. It took nearly an hour to prepare, the dasher sent me several texts, apologizing, so it was not her fault. CB just doesn't care anymore .
my hashbrown casserole was only hashbrowns and one pack of salt....
