I know the economy is tough. But really? The Peach Cobbler is itty bitty, for the price.
Peach cobbler was horrid, and they forgot an item we ordered. Chicken was delicious.
My order was small and not worth the money. My Dasher had to many orders at one time. My food was cold by the time I got it. The restaurant is only a mile away! I don't like cold fish and shrimp.
My husband and I had New York Strip Steak n' Shrimp Combo and New York Strip Steak n' Eggs and both steaks were very poor quality steaks. The steak tasted like it was fried in old vegetable oil, was really tough and had a lot of unedible gristle. Overall a really nasty taste to both steaks. Would not order steak again from this place. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were from KFC. Not at all what I would expect from a place that promotes a home cooked taste.
the dough on the peach cooler was uncooked
I ordered 2 of the roast beef dinners and they had way too much gravy and about 85% fat and very little meat. For the price it was disappointing. Both meals had carrots, corn and mashed potatoes and one of the mashed potatoes had gravy and had so much gravy you could barely see the potatoes. The other mashed potatoes was ordered without gravy and they were very good.
The French toast Fresh Berry French Toast Bake was so stale almost inedible. Small portions and expensive. Not what it used to be. :(
I did not get my muffins. the greens taste like dirty fish. the white gravy tastes curdled. the chicken was cooked to the point of being inedible. if I could leave a MINUS - 1 star, I would.
Chicken pot 🥧 pie was really salty. I paid 2.59 extra for the broccoli casserole and they gave me a tiny container that was mostly 2 large stalks of broccoli . The biscuits were from heaven.
