Missing sides and burnt food. Normally love Cracker Barrel but not this time

Eggs where ok. The worst biscuits and gravy I have ever had
This is what I got for$7, and it looks like someone removed part of it! The dumplings plates look absolutely delicious though.
French toast is not cooked.Momma's French Toast Breakfast® egg is still raw and slimy.
Pork chops were dry and tough. The hashbrown casserole was dry as well. Green beans were good. Was expecting better.
The blue berry sauce is spoil it has a sour taste and smell

Dasher had to call me to tell me they didn't have the Southern BBQ Ribs i had ordered. store was going to let him walk out with just my sides. but dasher went above and beyond to make sure I got a meal andasked me what I'd like instead.very disappointed with cracker barrel for not calling me when my order came through. instead we had to wait an hour just for our food.
