Unacceptable! Order 6 piece tender got 4. Mac n cheese looks like it’s from yesterday that they reheat and burn . Just awful.
Sausage was raw in middle.
Rice was hard like it was scrapped out the bottom of the pot. They also forgot my broccoli. The last 4 times I have ordered from here I didnt receive any butter with my biscuit.
Did not receive the extra bacon we ordered and no syrup for the pancakes! The grilled chicken was badly burned. What is going on at the Florence store?
My steaks were overcooked rough and tough just like leather my shrimp or fried so hard that I couldn't eat them I pretty much threw everything away except for the broccoli and the mashed potatoes. Steak & Shrimp Combo Sawmill Gravy
The food was so nasty ! Sausage was not cooked!! I'm so disappointed due to me being my first time .
Worst yet. Had to reorder one item because it wasn't in the bag. Then when I received the item the second time it was wrong. Order the steak and eggs and the whole meal was cold. Got the children Mac n cheese and the mac n cheese was burnt!!! Ordered blueberry syrup and paid extra for it and received regular syrup. Terrible meal and service for $70 Cracker Barrel in Florence sucks!!
Food was awesome, but we had to eat with our fingers. No silverware even though we specifically ordered it as part of the order. From previous reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue here.
