I ordered 2 buttermilk pancakes and a chicken blt sandwich with steak fries. The pancakes were great and so was the pancakes but the steak fries were ALL BURNED.
Nobody makes pancakes like Cracker Barrel! Bacon and eggs were cooked as ordered and great.
Everything was hit and delicious. Huge portions!
the condiments options make life easier lol even though I like to change it up my classic order that I usually get from cracker barrel is the sirloin steak I usually get it rare but the medium rare is fine for the convenience and I get macaroni and cheese w bacon, dumplings, and loaded mash lol not to mention I always end up having an entire another plate from only being able to eat half of the portions here and I can assure you I don't eat like a bird when I say that 🤣
I loved the food, as usual. I have a suggestion: You should give the option of extra butter for those who don't use syrup. I had a tiny pat of butter for 3 pancakes. Also, I really needed plastic silverware this time, and I requested it, but it wasn't included.
The chick potpie from Cracker Barrel is the best! The crust is flaky and yummy. Always delicious!!
I like Cracker Barrel. I love their chicken and dumplings. But every time we order from there, something is either missing or just not good. Tonight we got one chicken and dumplings and one order of the fried chicken breasts. The taste is good, but instead do 2 chicken breasts, I got one chicken breast and two little chicken tenders. I give Cracker Barrel a 3 of 5 star rating because the quality of the food is hit or miss, for example, the fried chicken tenders were quite tasty; however, the peach cobbler was laughable in quality and in pricing. The buttermilk biscuits were excellet ; however, the creamed potatoes and green beans were disgusting.
