Not Again We came in and heard a gentleman complaining about something all over his food and he wasn't paying for it. Then he told the hostess he had waited 25 mins for drink refills. disgusting After ordering my food I opened the napkin surrounding my utensils to find out the napkin had a piece of snot within. Showed the manager and he was non chalant at best. Utensils were dirty and stained. Needless to say I cancelled my order and will not be returning.
Keep Driving I ordered the half pound hamburger with Swiss cheese and mushrooms. Hamburger with overcoat mash potatoes were dried out. Macaroni and cheese was cold. This is very unusual for Cracker Barrel I never ate at this location before and will never eat here again.
Inconsistent Have eaten at a lot of CB's and they usually are consistent - this is the exception; Waitress was new (hadn't gotten her first star yet) She tried too hard to be personable -- some comments over the top; Again new........but forgot some items we asked for, came back to ask how a diner how he wanted his hamburger steak...
