The rice in all of the chicken and rice meals was hard and NOT cooked. Very disappointed in Cracker Barrel
The New York Strip Steak & Eggs was still raw in the middle the eggs were squished together. The Homestyle Grilled Chicken Salad was basically a head of lettuce, and we did not receive our Family Double Chocolate Fudge Coke Cake.
Third door dash order from this store that is not what I ordered. No carrots or casserole.
VERY small pieces of Grilled Chicken Tenders. Carrots not cooked all the way, apples not cooked enough. I asked for mixed bread and only got hard biscuits. The cornbread is my fav so I was very disappointed .
I paid for a large sweet tea that was not delivered. I paid for apple butter and got A-1 steak sauce. Really not good on the biscuits. The carrots were hard did not seemed to be cooked very much at all and the string beans had no seasoning. They tasted like they were dumped out of a can onto the plate. The grilled chicken tenders were very good . Only good thing on the plate.
Once again items are missing and the food tastes old and not the best they can serve. One of the Gravy was missing for the biscuits and gravy as was the hash brown casserole. This is not the first time.
The didn't send the salad I paid extra for. The meat was way to salty and over cooked from my med rare order. I've ordered from here before and every was good, but the definitely missed the mark this time
Really unfortunate because Cracker Barrel used to be good. Country Fried steak was DRY flavorless with no gravy. The chicken and dumplings also bland as could be and barely any sauce with giant chunks of what seemed like canned chicken. Salads still good but they barely chop your lettuce- and it's def not housemade ranch. Don't even bother wasting $90 here just go to lizards thicket much better and cheaper too. Wish I had my money back.
Food was good, except the Chicken Tenders my dad said he felt sorry for the chicken.
