Absolutely love Cracker Barrel! I've always appreciated the excellent service. Check out "Selfies With Servers" on Facebook to see highlights of several Cracker Barrel servers that have gone above and beyond! Reply to owner: I only review my honest opinion. If "I went too hard," I could pare it down a little? I just happen to love the Whitehouse Cracker Barrel! Okay...maybe the eggs were a little runny... (not really). Used to be our favorite restaurant. Two time in a row ordered items to told we dont have that. Asked for bbq sauce said still on truck. Server totally got everything wrong, even forgot to put one order in. Mgr was useless when asked about not being able to order items on menu. Was told corporate was really watching food cost. I asked how that was my problem just looked at me. Bathroom was FILTHY, urine covering the mens floor, commode just as bad. Obviously no one has checked or cleaned in hours. $37 what a shame disappoint... read more
We dined at the White House TN location at lunch time. We had a large group (13) and only gave a thirty minute heads up to the store. They accommodated us with no problem. Furthermore our server was definitely not intimidated by such a large group. She and her team members got every order right and no one had to wait for their meal. And the food was excellent. I was impressed!
When we came in, despite the restaurant being busy, my family was sat almost immediately. The wait time for our server to come was a bit, but she briefly greeted us and apologized when we first sat down. Again, it was fairly busy- the restaurant was full, and they had 3 or so servers, so completely understand. Despite that stress, all staff was incredibly friendly, and our food was amazing. We came here mid-October. Arrived around 4PM and it wasn't at all busy. Kind of awkward seating at first as the host offered us a table where there were plates and cups already at the table and people sitting very close at the next table. Had no problem being seated at a clean table near the window. Service was decent. We ordered fried pickles as an appetizer and it took a while to get them, but they were pretty good with the hot sauce. We got the rest of our meal pretty quickly after the appetizer came out.
