Absolutely love Cracker Barrel! I've always appreciated the excellent service. Check out "Selfies With Servers" on Facebook to see highlights of several Cracker Barrel servers that have gone above and beyond! Reply to owner: I only review my honest opinion. If "I went too hard," I could pare it down a little? I just happen to love the Whitehouse Cracker Barrel! Okay...maybe the eggs were a little runny... (not really). Thanks for owning an awesome restaurant!
We dined at the White House TN location at lunch time. We had a large group (13) and only gave a thirty minute heads up to the store. They accommodated us with no problem. Furthermore our server was definitely not intimidated by such a large group. She and her team members got every order right and no one had to wait for their meal. And the food was excellent. I was impressed!
We came here mid-October. Arrived around 4PM and it wasn't at all busy. Kind of awkward seating at first as the host offered us a table where there were plates and cups already at the table and people sitting very close at the next table. Had no problem being seated at a clean table near the window. Service was decent. We ordered fried pickles as an appetizer and it took a while to get them, but they were pretty good with the hot sauce. We got the rest of our meal pretty quickly after the appetizer came out. We waited 48 minutes for our breakfast. When it arrived, I received the most miniscule piece of ham (see picture). Also, my "plate-sized" pancakes were more "saucer-sized" (see other picture). We have been going to this location for well over 15 years, and we will not be returning.
I was traveling and stopped for some food. Breezy was our waitress and she made our dining experience so pleasant. The restaurant was busy and she kept up so well. If only she was our waitress wherever we go! Thanks Breezy for the best experience dining I've had ever at Cracker Barrel 🙌 Thanks so much...Highly recommended
