The pot pie was old and burnt and the peach cobbler had no taste. I got a full refund. I was totally disappointed!
food was good ,besides the fruit it was not fresh
They forgot my biscuits in my breakfast BISCUIT meal.... this is the third time in a row that's happened.
the Chicken n' Dumplins and the pot pie weren't cooked all the way. the Broccoli Cheese Casserole was nothing but the crust
My eggs were overcooked and dry
Chicken tenderloins were burnt, hashbrown casserole was old . Food was cold .
Ketchup on top of meatloaf was burnt. Hashbrown casserole was dry, hard and uneatable. We were missing a cornbread and to beat it all there was a goldfish cracker in the bottom of our bag. Gross and unacceptable.
The chicken and dumplings were gross, absolutely no flavor to them at all. I also ordered a loaded sweet potato (which is an upcharge) and they sent a regular sweet potato. When I called to let them know my order wasn't right I was told they were out of marshmallows. They didn't offer to fix it or refund the money I was upcharged. I will not be ordering from them again due to the lack of customer service. Do better Cracker Barrel.
Cracker Barrel is hit or miss. Today they missed more than they hit. Food was cold and this was not the dashers fault. Biscuits hard. No silverware.
