My family has been here 3 times and our server Brian is the absolute best here at this location. When is the last time a server waited for you to cut your steak to make sure it was cooked the way you like it? Come here and get served by Brian and you will be able to answer yes. He cares about his customers and gives the best service I have ever seen. Love his personality too. This man will get you laughing no matter what mood you are in. We will be requesting him every time we come. Plus, the food is fantastic!
Update as per DEC 2024: Dined here three times in DEC. Still real good food - excellent service - and a recent new menu. Update We dine here often. They food is really good/tasty - and a nice variety on the menu cards. The service is always in top. So the only thing to point out that is subtracting from the overall experience is the dust on different things in the restaurant and dead bugs in the window sill next to where you dine. I love the food; it’s always delicious. I also greatly appreciate the convenient locations of the restaurants; they’re a welcome respite from the long driving trips that I and my wife take. The service is usually good; today’s was mixed. The front desk staff member was not friendly, but the waitress was very friendly and efficient. However, I did not like coffee being dripped on my food after refills, and my wife had to dodge the water pitcher as her water was being refilled. Cracker Barrel has lost it! They used to be amazing. The second one I've been to recently with the same experience. French toast is pathetic. The butter was almost bigger than the bread. The sausage looked and tasted like it just came out of the microwave. The pancake well, just look at it. The service wasn't great either... extremely disappointed in the company.
