Service was quick on a sunday morning with the pancakes being the best part. The server was quick to refill the coffee and to check on me and each person she passed by.
Took my wife to Cracker Barrel. First time for either of us and we found the food to be very good, the restaurant clean and staff friendly. In fact we liked it so much we have been back again already.
Ah Cracker Barrel - the traveler's happy spot.... a "southern-style" menu - where you can always order those vegetables you've been craving, along with very good breakfasts, a quick lunch while traveling, or sit and have a meal with the family where even the kids can get what they want. Food was just ok but a little spicey. The chicken had to much juice/grease in it. I had the roast. It was a little dry. The chicken fry was not the real thing but more like the premade frozen kind. But the waiteess we had was so sweet. She did a great job! We love stopping in to shop there....
