My family has been here 3 times and our server Brian is the absolute best here at this location. When is the last time a server waited for you to cut your steak to make sure it was cooked the way you like it? Come here and get served by Brian and you will be able to answer yes. He cares about his customers and gives the best service I have ever seen. Love his personality too. This man will get you laughing no matter what mood you are in. We will be requesting him every time we come. Plus, the food is fantastic!
Update as per DEC 2024: Dined here three times in DEC. Still real good food - excellent service - and a recent new menu. Update We dine here often. They food is really good/tasty - and a nice variety on the menu cards. The service is always in top. So the only thing to point out that is subtracting from the overall experience is the dust on different things in the restaurant and dead bugs in the window sill next to where you dine. I had a wonderful experience dining at The Cracker Barrel in Wichita Falls. From the moment I stepped in the door with all the beautiful merchandise and displays, to the delicious food and drinks. My server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and she was always there to make sure I had everything I needed. Definitely recommend this restaurant for a wonderful dining experience!
New Years day order to go 2025. Happy with easy ordering and picked up at requested time. When I arrived, their text made it easy for me to let them know I had parked. Nice friendly girl brought out correct order. The food was still hot when I got home and there was plenty of it. I did give give them a tip when I placed the order. Good job.
