This is your standard cracker barrel experience. Impossible to get higher than 3 stars, but more often than not, not so terrible to get anything less. My waitress was not really attentive, and didn't check on us enough (only a party of 2. I noticed she paid a lot more attention and was more friendly to her other table with at least 4 people). Ashleigh D was fantastic. Sweet tea stayed filled, fish fry was light and delicious. Smile on her face the whole time. Good service is still appreciated.
Update as per DEC 2024: Dined here three times in DEC. Still real good food - excellent service - and a recent new menu. Update We dine here often. They food is really good/tasty - and a nice variety on the menu cards. The service is always in top. So the only thing to point out that is subtracting from the overall experience is the dust on different things in the restaurant and dead bugs in the window sill next to where you dine. My family has been here 3 times and our server Brian is the absolute best here at this location. When is the last time a server waited for you to cut your steak to make sure it was cooked the way you like it? Come here and get served by Brian and you will be able to answer yes. He cares about his customers and gives the best service I have ever seen. Love his personality too. This man will get you laughing no matter what mood you are in. We will be requesting him every time we come. Plus, the food is fantastic!
Cracker Barrel has lost it! They used to be amazing. The second one I've been to recently with the same experience. French toast is pathetic. The butter was almost bigger than the bread. The sausage looked and tasted like it just came out of the microwave. The pancake well, just look at it. The service wasn't great either... extremely disappointed in the company.
