The Turnip Greens were very dry and didnt taste like nothing. They were horrible. The nastiest Turnip Greens I've ever had. I'm disappointed because usually their Turnip Greens are pretty good
food cold,biscuits hard,gravy bland. only thing good was eggs,bacon and coke. grits didn't have the cheese in them that I paid for. will not be ordering from them again.
Disappointing spending almost 10 dollars on Biscuits n' Gravy with Bacon or Sausage and getting a very small amount of gravy and the sausage is like beef jerky and doesnt taste great.
It's a miserable wait to go pick up your order. Their priority is the customers standing at the cash register. But at the same time, they don't want you to grab the food off the shelf that says door dash orders ...so you wait on the side while your food gets cold. I ordered banana pudding, I had ordered it before but they forgot it. And I checked the bag, they forgot it again, do it was another long wait. Horrible banana pudding, I'd highly pass on it!
Steak n' Egg Hashbrown Casserole Was very cold and had super hard onions in the bottom. Definitely disappointed
We took the weather into consideration, knowing the rain might slow the order down but not like this. Everything was cold. (Butter wouldnt even melt on pancakes!) Some of the fried catfish was undercooked & the cornbread crumbled when trying to butter it. I've never left a negative review on DD! I've always been pleased, so I'm not sure where to place the blame this time. Cracker Barrel or DD? Driver error? It was an expensive cold lunch to be sure.
Worst order of my favorite meal. Waste of money.
Beans were extra salty, hashbrown casserole was dried out, chicken and dumplings had no chicken and fried chicken was cold and not very crispy. The cornbread was really good. I'm very disappointed
I don't know if the food sat waiting for someone to pick it up, or sat in the window waiting to be taken to the delivery person ... but it most definitely was not even slightly warm. It's not the first time it's happened, but the first time I wrote a review. The dasher was very pleasant, so I'm not sure what happened. I was really disappointed.
