They always forget something. I paid almost $5 for a soda that was never given to the driver. While they should have checked the order before they left, so should the team member handing off the order.
campfire beef was 21$ for four pieces of beef . ridiculous.

Oh my! WHERE DO I START? TWO TEENY TINY PIECES OF TURKEY, A SMALL TABLESPOON OF DRESSING WITHOUT ANY GRAVY !!!!! AND ABSOLUTELY NO CRANBERRY SAUCE!!! ONE TABLESPOON OF MASHED POTATOES? DID I JUST PAY $25 FOR AN ENTREE THE SIZE OF A KIDS MEAL????? NO WAY CRACKER BARREL! You guys GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!:-(
Not convinced that the biscuits are hand rolled. I used to work at Cracker Barrel as a kid and these are still not fresh. Very disappointed.
Left out Cole slaw from my order. Leaves items out EVERY time.
Monday's special chicken with rice was not good. It was dried out and had no flavor. Bring back the baked chicken.
Walked in, told host I was picking up an order, asked for the name and just stood there, never checked in it or told me it was ready (I ordered it 30 minutes before) had me stand there for 10 minutes? I then asked if she could at least tell me if it's ready she says "what's your name again" overall so rude, just let me stand there behind her for 10 minutes for nothing, turns out someone else had put it up front
