Anniversary trip We ate supper here. Waitstaff service was not good-she lost our food order, failed to check in on us, refill drinks or bring us our food. Food was just average. Would I eat here again? Absolutely not.
Horrible service and out of biscuits I went to Cracker Barrel and it was near closing and the waitress was very disappointed to see us. Worst food ever I enjoy going to Crackel Barrel but this one in Kerrville Texas was horrible. I order the country fried chicken and I received a frozen chicken patty.
Oh cracker barrel This is a typical cracker barrel. I love the cheese hashbrowns. They have a great selection of comfort food but like any cracker barrel, the service is horrendous. Slow, slow slow. West Texas Fireman I have stopped at this place for many years, lately each visit seems worse. Breakfast is always good, but lunch and dinner meals 'the old quality is not there'. My wife ordered the chicken and dumplings, she said the they were soggy and had a different taste, in less than an hour we were on the side of the road....
Horrible service I'm thinking bad management but our service was terrible and the food wasn't hot and fresh. Worst Cracker Barrel anywhere and we love Cracker Barrel. Stay away!
I've eaten here many times for breakfast and lunch and the food is always terrific. The servers have always been friendly and professional. One of my favorite places in Kerrville.
