portions were absolutely abysmal :(
Food was excessively salty, okra was mostly just breading and no vegetable to it. Very disappointing for CB. The dumplings and mashed potatoes were dry.
Ordered here several times, they always forget the syrup
The Meatloaf was not up to standard the chicken was good
I ordered and paid for Loaded Hashbrown Casserole Tots unfortunately I received the regular hashbrown casserole tots that are much less expensive and definitely not as good.
Mashed potatoes were so dry couldn't eat them. They didn't give me my cake, and gave me whole milk instead of low fat. Super disappointing the whole meal
There was no security tape added to the packaging. Also, the biscuits and cornbread sides were missing from each order.
Meatloaf was dry, and all the items on the plate had VERY small portions. Not ketchup on the meat loaf. Not worth the money.
The wait was extremely long. It took over an hour after the time it was supposed to be ready. So that was an hour of waiting in the lobby. They were out of dumplings and the previous time we've ordered here they left out the dumplings.
