Ordered here several times, they always forget the syrup
The Meatloaf was not up to standard the chicken was good
I ordered and paid for Loaded Hashbrown Casserole Tots unfortunately I received the regular hashbrown casserole tots that are much less expensive and definitely not as good.
Mashed potatoes were so dry couldn't eat them. They didn't give me my cake, and gave me whole milk instead of low fat. Super disappointing the whole meal
There was no security tape added to the packaging. Also, the biscuits and cornbread sides were missing from each order.
Meatloaf was dry, and all the items on the plate had VERY small portions. Not ketchup on the meat loaf. Not worth the money.
The wait was extremely long. It took over an hour after the time it was supposed to be ready. So that was an hour of waiting in the lobby. They were out of dumplings and the previous time we've ordered here they left out the dumplings.
So the delivery time was an hour. 45 minutes in to the processing time we get a message that they don't have any fried chicken. The driver messaged us but only waited 5 minutes before picking up the order and leaving. We didnt know if one of us was getting any food. The driver got here and they replaced it with chicken tenders. Ok, whatever. They forgot our Chocolate Chip Pancakes and the bisquits. I called up there and the manger said he packed the bags and they were in there. He said the driver didnt have the best attitude... read more
Disappointing. One of my items was missing and the dumplings were overcooked with two dry pieces of chicken. It was over $20 and over all not worth it. Order with caution.
