cold.... Dasher waited for over 30 minutes for my food. manager was unhelpful and rude when I called the restaurant
Toast on the sandwich wasn't toasted, no mayo on the bread and fried apples were totally overcooked. This Cracker Barrel just doesn't do well on hitting their menu as described.
Every item was completely cold, only got 1 bottle of syrup to share between 4 entrees, portion size to cost ratio is terrible. If we spend $50+ on 4 items I expect them to be reasonably sized, not a tiny scoop of hash brown casserole.
all the food was bland. food was not up to their usual "down home southern" cracker barrel quality food I was hoping for and usually get. the hash brown casserole had no flavor besides the odd hint of green bean taste and the carrots that are usually buttery sweet n savory, tasted like old can carrot water. the dumplings were bland as well. there was no honey or jelly for the biscuits.
missing food with a note on the receipt that they were out. Could have been replaced if they had called or even replaced with something similar. It was supper for my husband.
Tenders are burnt bad
eggs were rubbery. pancakes tasted burnt. steak was tough.
All the food was cold. The chicken was good but the mashed potatoes tasted straight out of a box. The green beans were soggy and oily.
I was very disappointed. The pancakes were supposed to be pecan and they were plain. Only 1 small syrup sent. Bacon was not done. Way too chewy.
