The past 2 times we've ordered the Loaded Hashbrown Casserole Tots have been completely left out which is ridiculous considering they're almost $11. Ordered Chic n' Dumplins with 3 sides and only received 2. This Cracker Barrel has went down hill severely.
Usually they are good. Biscuit Breakfast . Cold and hard.
Did not receive 2nd side of vegetable soup. No gravy on chicken fried steak. Half cup of soda received vs whole cup.

my food is always amazing but when I order a bowl of beans it's supposed to come w/onion and chow chow and it never does and I want what I'm supposed to get
I have ordered the bowl of pinto beans and cornbread I never receive the onion or chow chow that is included. this is Everytime I order. food is always great but when you don't have time to go out for lunch and you go this route condiments should be included as menu says!! there is no where on the menu you can order condiments
