Cracker barrell is amazing. The chicken is fantastic. My other favorite besides the country fried steak.
The chicken and dumplings and apples were good, but the mashed potatoes were awful. The potatoes were so dry, lumpy, and gummy. I don't think they added any butter or milk/cream. Theywere so gross, would not order them again.
Bacon n egg hashnrown casserole was delicious. Everything arrived hot. Would order again
Shrimp & potato wedges were good. They forgot the extra gravy order as usual. Chicken was way too dry and very small pieces for ordering the large order.
The mashed potatoes were runny and more like soup than mashed potatoes
This new meal was delicious. I didn't eat the shrimp as I don't like shrimp. Please make an option not to include something you don't want. The steak tips were tender and had a hint of garlic . The one hushpuppy was have been nice to include more than one. However, the hashbrown casserole was so dry it looked dehydrated and water added. But overall, I would eat this again. It was more than enough food.
Fish was very thin & very hard. Not like generally served. Macaroni was good. Steak fries were good. Sadly no condiments as ordered such as tartar sauce and ketchup.
The chicken was kinda dry & wasn't crispy. Grits were great!
No Carla was exception and connected with as I asked. My mother is older so good communication is essential Thank you Carla
