The steak & eggs were extremely over seasoned and dry. Orange juice was so sour. More like grapefruit juice.
We did not receive the gravy we paid extra for and the Mac and cheese was about 4 bites worth. We also didn't receive jelly or honey. The **WEDNESDAY ONLY** Broccoli Cheddar Chicken was delicious though!
Meatloaf was undercooked. The potato casserole was raw, and the biscuits were dough balls very dissatisfied. DoorDash made no effort to make things right.

If it says the country fried steak comes with saw mill gravy you should maybe remember to put the gravy on the country fried . Received no butter or silverware like we have in the past.
didn't receive notice that the dinner ordered was not available until less than 5 minutes before the dasher showed to pick up the order. doordash refunded the cost of the dinner in the same message. I told the dasher I still wanted the desserts I was charged for. when I got them, they were miniature pieces. I've ordered those 2 cake flavors many many times. Everything tasted like cleaner or bad oil or something. Even the orange juice had a slight aftertaste. I usually love cracker barrel for breakfast.
The chicken was overcooked. The breading came off immediately. I believe I asked for the hash brown casserole. They wrote on the bag that they no longer offered but it was still on their menu. They did not offer a substitute which I thought was strange.
