I was treated rudely by the store when I called as requested and written on my receipt to do because my order was incorrect and missing items!

biscuits were hard as rocks, they left off an entire broccoli casserole side and didn't replace it with any kind of substitute. the white gravy tasted like it had a bottle of liquid smoke in it

They left off 2 vegetables from both of my country vegetable plates. They seem to do this often on orders.

Biscuits were extremely hard, my child couldnt even bite through one, my wife got the Biscs n' Gravy with Bacon or Sausage and only ate half a bis after softening it up with the gravy but stopped because she was not enjoying how tough the biscuits were. We didn't even bother to touch the ones from the Biscuits and Corn Muffins we iust tossed them out. Who every packaged our To go order clearly did not care and was just getting it done

Cracker Barrel has good food but constant down sizing proportions makes it not worth it anymore.

Ordered the Bacon n’ Egg Hashbrown Casserole and it didnt even come with bacon. Just onions cheese and eggs. Very disappointed especially since the entire total was over $20 just for this one meal

I ordered broccoli,carrots, mashed potatoes with sawmill gravy. They forgot the gravy. I was so disappointed with the portions as well. I wont order this again. It's a-shame because I love Cracker Barrel .

this is the second time that gravy, biscuits, and cornbread we're not in the bag of what we ordered. hopefully this will get fixed.
