The Fresh Berry French Toast was overcooked to crunchy, which was a complete disappointment since I just had it there in person, and it was excellent. The loaded sweet potato was left off the order. And, we received less than half cup gravy for biscuit and gravy order. We usually have no issues with Cracker Barrel delivery orders. This order was terrible. For $100 order, they should have rechecked all the food was there, and the order was correct!!! Very disappointing!!!
I spent over $40 on pancakes just because Cracker Barrel staff couldn’t deliver descent services to a take out order customer no pancake syrup then my second order instead of providing the small bottles of syrup they poured syrup into the small 1/2 oz butter container which the pancakes are too large so not enough to cover one pancake
The Food Was Cold. Had To Reheat In Microwave. Gravy, Biscuits And Corn Muffins Missing. Baked Potato Was Loaded And Ordered It Plain Plus It Was Hard As A Rock.
Literally forgot half the food on the order....Breakfast is tiny compared to what u can get at other places for the price.
Dasher had to wait for 30 minutes for my order! Hard as a rock tiny biscuits!! Not the same as in the restaurant. Very disappointed in my Sunday morning breakfast.
I want to give five stars but the dumplings were ice cold and congealed. That didnt happen just from the drive from the restaurant to my house. It was served ice cold.
Normally it is delicious but today every single thing tasted off. The hashbrowns and grits were hard as a rock. I just didn't even try to eat it beyond a few bites.
Everything was ice cold and bland. Sadly, Cracket Barrel has gone downhill in the last few years. I know there are staffing problems but it's hard to pay this much for cold, tasteless food.
Don't however know what has happened to their Peach Cobbler. It is certainly not southern peach cobbler. Don't think it qualifies as cobbler at all. This will not deter me from eating there.
